RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you and your pup to love your Air Pups! If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the conditions below.

1. Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in unworn condition — free of dirt, pet hair, and marks on the soles.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original packaging.
  • We understand that shoes need to be tried on for fit. We recommend trying them indoors before your pup’s first outdoor walk to ensure they remain eligible for return or exchange.
  • Any items showing signs of wear (outdoor dirt, scuffs, or sole marks) will not be eligible.

2. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size, please email us at info@airpup.com within 14 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to Air Pup.
  • Once we receive and inspect the shoes, Air Pup will cover the cost of shipping the new size out to you.

3. Returns

  • To request a return, please email info@airpup.com within 14 days of delivery to receive the return address and instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Air Pup is not responsible for items lost in the mail while being shipped back to us. We strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number when dropping off your return or exchange.
  • Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Damages or Issues

  • Please contact us immediately if there are any damages, defects, or issues with your order upon delivery.
  • Claims made after the 14-day return period may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or exchange.
  • If Route Package Protection was purchased, claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be filed through Route.

5. Important Notes

  • Shipping fees and Route Package Protection (if purchased) are non-refundable.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges without prior email approval.
  • Please ensure your return is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
