3. Pricing & Payment

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shopify Payments, and any other payment methods listed at checkout.
  • You agree to pay the full amount for your order, including shipping fees and applicable taxes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship orders to the address provided at checkout.
  • Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order is passed on to the carrier. 

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error was made by Air Pup.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned items are inspected.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including images, product designs, logos, and text—is the property of Air Pup and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written permission.
