1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
- We offer standard, expedited, and international shipping options through carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL.
- Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be clearly displayed at checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- U.S. Standard Shipping: [3–7 business days]
- U.S. Expedited Shipping: [2–3 business days]
- International Shipping: [7–21 business days depending on destination]
Please note: delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or factors outside our control.
4. Route Package Protection (Optional)
We’re proud to offer Route Package Protection at checkout. By adding Route to your order, you’re protecting your shipment against loss, theft, or damage.
- If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, Route makes it easy to quickly file a claim and receive a replacement or refund.
- If you decline Route Package Protection, Air Pup cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.
5. International Shipping
- We ship worldwide to most countries.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
- Air Pup is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
6. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
7. Address Accuracy
